Cardinal Room Tattoo Studio is a small private studio located in the idyllic countryside of the Surrey Hills, on the Whipley Manor Farm Estate.
Their set up is warm and cosy. A home away from home, complete with reclaimed and restored antiques with artwork from around the globe and a slightly modern touch.
They opened their doors in 2020, and pride themselves on a welcoming and stress-free approach to tattooing and customer service.
